Thank you for booking your private Beyblade X birthday tournament with Grow Explore Learn. We’re looking forward to hosting a fun and exciting event with plenty of battles, friendly competition, and free play throughout the evening.

The Base Package includes a fully hosted 2.5 hour private Beyblade X tournament for up to 16 kids.
This package includes:
Double elimination tournament play
Use of our event space and tournament stadiums
Extra stadiums set up for free play between matches
Staff to host and run the event from start to finish
This setup gives kids plenty of chances to battle, while also keeping the event active and enjoyable between rounds.
The Base Package includes up to 16 competitors.
Additional competitors can be added for $20 per child, payable on the day by cash or card.
Competitor numbers can be extended up to a maximum of 22 kids (potentially extending the tournament time to 3 hours).
Maximum venue capacity is 32 people total, including competitors and spectators.
Private bookings require a minimum 1:6 adult to child ratio, with supervising adults in attendance throughout the event.
