Check-In: 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Tournament Start Time: 3:00 PM
*arriving after 3:30pm may result in either an attendee on the waitlist being given your spot, or an automatic loss for your first match to allow us to keep the day running on time*

This tournament will follow the WBO Beyblade X Rulebook.
Match Type
Tournament Format
Double-elimination bracket: Each competitor must lose two matches before elimination.
Matches are played first to 5 points (Finals will be First to 7 Points).
Two battle stadiums will run simultaneously to keep the tournament moving smoothly.

Refund & Entry Transfer Policy
All registrations are subject to third-party processing fees, which are non-refundable.
If a registered player is unable to attend, they may opt to transfer their entry to a future Grow Explore Learn event, provided they notify the organisers before the original event start time. Transferred entries must be used within 6 months.
Refunds (minus processing fees) will only be issued if:
The event is cancelled by the organiser, or
A refund request is submitted at least 72 hours before the event start time.
No refunds will be issued for:
Late withdrawals within 72 hours of the event
No-shows without prior notice
Player disqualification or removal due to rule breaches.
If the event is cancelled, registrants may choose between:
A refund
Full credit towards a future Grow Explore Learn event.
