Bookings at GEL
Event booking terms.
These terms apply to Beyblade X tournaments and social play booked with Grow Explore Learn (GEL) in Craigieburn. Read them together with the event details and the separate event consent and risk acknowledgement.

Your booking
Check each event's date, age group and number of people before paying. Session times are Melbourne time. A booking is confirmed after GEL verifies successful payment through Stripe. Your confirmation and My GEL account show the booked sessions and counts. A payment return screen on its own is not confirmation. Please use an email address you can access and contact us if your details need correcting.
Prices and people
All prices and totals are in Australian dollars. Tournament entry is $20 per blader and includes one spectator. Each extra spectator is $5, whether an adult or a child who is not competing. Social play is $15 for one child and one adult, with extra children $10 each and extra adults $5 each. Book everyone who will attend. The total payable is shown before you continue to Stripe; GEL adds no separate website booking fee.
Children and supervision
A parent, legal guardian or responsible adult authorised by them must attend with each child, stay onsite and supervise them throughout the visit. The adult included with a child's booking can provide that supervision. Use the child's age on tournament day. Younger children may enter an older tournament group, but a child above a group's age limit cannot enter that group. GEL is open by appointment or event booking only.
Names, rules and event consent
Each tournament entrant needs a Blader Name, a nickname used for matches, brackets and results. Permission to publish Blader Names is requested separately from event consent. Private first names, ages and contact details are not included in public brackets or results. Participants must follow the booked event's equipment rules and staff directions. The separate consent and risk acknowledgement applies to the children and events in the booking.
If you need to cancel
Email contact@growexplorelearn.com.au with your booking reference. If GEL receives your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the booked session's doors-open time, or the start time for social play, you can receive a full refund for the cancelled session. Later cancellation requests are considered individually. These arrangements concern change-of-mind cancellations and do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If GEL cancels or changes an event
If GEL cancels your event or makes a major change, you can request a full refund for the affected session. We will contact you using your booking email. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any right to other remedies, remain available. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
Booking emails and questions
GEL uses your booking email for confirmation, relevant event changes and a reminder scheduled for 24 hours before the booked session's doors-open time or social-play start time. A booking made after the reminder time may receive only its confirmation. Check My GEL for your booking details. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
