This notice explains how Grow Explore Learn handles information collected through this website, My GEL accounts, event bookings and Vineland-3 appointment requests.

Who to contact
Grow Explore Learn is at Shop 27, Senol Mall, 281 Marathon Boulevard, Craigieburn VIC 3064. Visits are by appointment or event booking only.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion requests or complaints, email contact@growexplorelearn.com.au. Please describe the request and include your booking reference where relevant. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing private information.
Information we collect
- Accounts: your verified email address, account identifier, name for bookings and information needed to keep you signed in. If you use Google, Google provides the account details needed to verify that sign-in.
- Event bookings: the booking adult's name and verified email, selected events and dates, ticket counts, children's private first names, and tournament entrants' ages and Blader Names. We also save consent and booking-terms wording, versions and acceptance records.
- Payments: booking amounts, payment status, order references and Stripe identifiers. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page. GEL does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
- Appointment requests: contact information, preferred contact method and availability. Please keep this website form to appointment and contact details; do not submit clinical histories or assessment information through it.
- Website security: information such as network addresses and request details may be processed to protect sign-in, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
How we use it
We use the information to provide accounts, process and manage bookings, check eligibility and capacity, organise events, record permissions, respond to appointment requests, send booking messages and address support or payment issues. Security information helps protect the website and its users.
Required fields are needed to verify an account or organise the requested booking or appointment. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to complete that request. Contact us if you need help or want to discuss another way to arrange a service.
Booking confirmations, event changes and reminders are operational messages. Booking through this website does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Children and public Blader Names
An adult completes a child's booking and provides the necessary permission. Tournament entrants have a separate Blader Name, a nickname used for matches and, with the separate permission requested at booking, public brackets and results.
Public brackets and results use approved Blader Names and match information. They do not include children's private first names, ages, parent contact details or consent records. Avoid putting a child's full name, contact information or other private details in their Blader Name.
Providers and sharing
Authorised GEL team members can access information needed to manage the service. We use Cloudflare for website hosting, storage, security and Turnstile checks; Google when you choose Google sign-in; Stripe for payments; and Resend for operational email delivery. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the service. We may also need to share information where required or authorised by law or to resolve a payment dispute.
Our providers may process information overseas, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. Information is not promised to remain only in Australia. Their own privacy information describes their handling: Cloudflare, Google, Stripe and Resend.
We do not sell booking information or publish private attendee lists.
Cookies and your browser
Essential cookies support sign-in and account security. The event cart stores event selections and ticket counts in your browser so you can return to them; children’s first names, tournament ages and Blader Names are kept temporarily in this tab’s session storage so they survive sign-in and a page refresh. These participant drafts expire after two hours without use and are removed for tickets cleared after confirmed payment, when removed from the cart, or when you sign out. They are not stored as a permanent saved profile. Agreement ticks are not saved and must be completed for the current booking. Google sign-in, Turnstile and Stripe also process information when you use their services.
You can clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. This may sign you out or remove your saved cart.
Storage, retention and requests
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect private information. We keep records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and booking history, manage complaints and disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. A deletion request may not remove records we need to retain for these reasons.
Email contact@growexplorelearn.com.au to ask about your information, request access or a correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy complaint. We will consider the request, explain any information needed to assess it and respond through an appropriate private contact channel.
